Cyber Security
This is one of the most fundamental and critical
components of your IT Infrastructure. It is often misunderstood or overlooked by companies. Cyber security can be broken down into four primary fields, Perimeter security, Mail security, Endpoint Security and Backup and Disaster Recovery.
For Perimeter security we use Cisco firewalls, these are the first layer of protection for your companies data network. They can monitor and block incoming malicious attacks on your network as well as give you control over what your users can do on the web. These firewalls also allow for the creation of Virtual Private networks that will allow your remote workforce to access data from your on-premises resources as well as enable inter-branch office connectivity.
Email is the keystone of any modern business and needs to
be as secure as possible. Microsoft Exchange online has built in enterprise security by default, but with the rise in sophisticated phishing and spoofing scams things do unfortunately slip through, with this in mind we offer additional layers of security by integrating Mimecast into your Exchange online mail.
Endpoint security encompasses any user device that accesses
corporate data, these devices must be protected by Anti-Virus and in the modern workplace companies need to consider protecting not only their Servers and users machine but should also consider whether their users are going to connect to data from Mobile devices.
